In the course, Mr. Chen also explained the use of SCQA (Situation, Conflict, Problem, Solution) model, which aims to provide a clear framework for organizing information in an orderly manner. In order to put what he has learned into practice, Mr. Chen organized a vivid practical exercise and let the groups comment on each other. The three student representatives were eager to share the group's topic and vividly told the principle of "why" and "how to do". The course came to an end with laughter and laughter.
