OBHE can provide the production plant of polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) which the technology of direct esterification of pure terephthalic acid (PTA) and 1,3-propanediol (PDO) and continuous polycondensation are adopted. This distinctive PTT production technology is formed based on the absorption of foreign advanced technology and combined with our own polyester production technology and experiences, which has the unique features in advanced process, reliable equipments, low investment cost, low raw materials and energy consumption, high market competitiveness.We have successfully provided a 50,000 ton/year continuous PTT plant for Jiangsu Shenghong Group.And in Hengyi Group a 100TPD PET continuous unit has been modified to produce PTT experience.

Process features:

■ The main process adopts four or five kettle process, strong compatibility, in the case of meeting the production of PTT, according to customer demand to produce PBT or PET.

■ PDO spray system adopts special design, stable operation time is long.

■ Combined with the requirements of product characteristics, after special product cooling and packaging design, convenient packaging and transportation of finished products.

■ Optimize the design of waste water and waste gas system, reduce the volatilization and treatment of acrylol and other toxic substances.

■ The final polycondensation reactor is specially designed and processed to improve the evaporation area and fluidity of PTT melt in the reactor, providing the best reaction conditions for polycondensation reaction.

The special design of melt conveying system ensures no dead zone and controls thermal degradation.
