Introduction to Jiangsu Lixin Phase II Project

Jiangsu Lixin Chemical Fiber Technology Co.,Ltd., for a long time, keep a good relationship of cooperation with Oerlikon Barmag Huitong(Yangzhou) Engineering Co.,Ltd. On the basis of Phase I 80,000 tons of cationic differential polyester project in 2015, Phase II 80,000 tons of cationic differential polyester project was signed in 2017, of which the products are fiber grade cationic polyester chips and filaments.

The whole project took 10 moths from design, purchasing and manufacturing, installation, commissioning, start-up.

In design, the feedback information and suggestions were collected from customers of Lixin Phase I project. We made a lot of optimization and improvement in the design and flow, so that the product quality and stability of Phase I are higher than that of Phase II.

In procurement and manufacturing, we carefully selected high quality suppliers and strictly controlled the quality of goods.

In installation, we selectedxperienced constuction teams wihch have strong technical force to ensure the installation quality.

In commission, we organized skilled and experienced technicians in process, equipment, instrument and electrical to debug each unit, find and solve problems, strenghen the final inspection and test before start-up without leaving any loose ends.

In start-up, the vice engineering president took charge and lead a team with 20 years of professional start up experience to ensure the one-time success of the project.
